At Kensington Community School on College Street in Toronto, our team installed new architectural metal cladding across the building's upper elevations. We began by preparing the substrate and applying a continuous weather resistant barrier to protect the envelope before any panels went up.
We then supplied and installed vertical rib metal cladding panels in a bold blue finish, carefully fitting each panel around the school's angled window reveals and existing brickwork for a clean, precise result. Custom flashing and trim details were fabricated on site to give every transition a crisp, weathertight finish.
The completed cladding gives the school a fresh, modern exterior while adding a durable, low maintenance layer of protection against the elements. It is a lasting upgrade that will serve the Kensington community for years to come.
With the last panel fastened, the crew crossed the street to Toby's, a local College Street institution, for wings and pints to celebrate a job well done.
